Why work with me? This isn’t a one size fits all approach. I feel so strongly about people having access to good, person centred mental health support, knowledge, education and skills to fulfil their goals. Sometimes factors outside of our control like trauma, upbringing and life events cause our capacity to resolve mental health concerns without support feel impossible.
Using a person centred, multi faceted approach, allows me to navigate your journey with you using specific techniques and knowledge that will facilitate your own healing.
We move at a comfortable rate that aligns with your journey. I make adaptive changes where necessary, to keep the sessions fluid. Whether you are a critical thinker, analytical thinker or visual thinker, I will design a plan that is specific to you to enable the best positive outcome for your mental health.
