Welcome to Miraculous Minds.

I’m Emily, a neurodivergent practitioner. Initially undertaking a degree in Psychology and Criminology and finishing a MSc in Psychology; a specific interest in how emotional data is stored in the brain and how the subconscious mind interacts with it. I have dedicated many hours researching and understanding how the brain works. I have obtained qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Inner Child Trauma Informed Therapy, Art therapy and Neurodiversity coaching to help bring healing to as many people as possible.

The interesting thing is when it come to our happiness, is that the brain isn’t designed to “keep us happy” but instead it’s function is based on survival and keeping us safe. This really does help us to acknowledge why it can be so hard to move past trauma, silence the inner critic and fight the fear surrounding moving out of our comfort zones. With the right understanding and knowledge we can accomplish doing this.

My aim is to provide access to better mental health for anyone who is struggling. We all deserve to have the right support, knowledge and coping skills to achieve this.

I offer a multi faceted, integrative therapy approach based on neuroscience, evidence and research.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, experience and goals.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic models to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, personal growth and long term change.

I provide a session ladder structure to make therapy as accessible as possible for everyone. Offering 30 minute, 40 minute and 1 hour sessions weekly, biweekly or monthly based on your needs and expectations.
