I offer a multi faceted approach combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and inner child trauma informed practise to support deep, lasting emotional and nervous system healing. My work helps change repeating patterns, emotional overwhelm, relationships, anxiety, fears, phobias, performance anxiety,depression, anger, self worth and long term effects of trauma.
Using a trauma informed, solution focused approach, I create a safe space where your nervous system is respected and your experiences honoured. Through integrative psychotherapy, we explore thoughts, emotions and behaviours while hypnotherapy allows gentle access to the subconscious mind where many of our core beliefs and emotional wounds are held.
I help clients reconnect with and heal early emotional experiences that continue to influence adult relationships, confidence and self esteem. The aim is not symptom relief, but meaningful, sustainable change to your nervous system, emotions and mindset.
